PAYMENT
Purchasing directly from the website:
Payment is taken through PayPal and all cards are accepted.
For enquiries or overseas orders please use the contact form and we will arrange your order with you as quickly as possible.
A completed drum (not a bespoke or custom drum) should be with you in 2 to 5 days. We endeavour to dispatch the same day and send the drums using DPD who provide a good tracking service and options to pick up parcels from local shops (although we are happy to find a more convenient carrier if requested).
SHIPPING
If there is no option to ship to the destination country you need, please DM us using the contact form so we can check the latest shipping options and arrange transport.
Delivery costs need to be added - standard UK delivery is £12.50, please contact us for other destinations.

In addition to your statutory rights to return goods within 7 days you can have an extended trial period of up to 21 days in which to really use your drum and find how it sounds in different setups
We don't want to use your information or personal details for any purpose except to complete your order and provide support and service
Stock items will be sent within 2 days of payment - bespoke orders will be have their own bespoke lead times.
