I gigged with the snare drum last night and it was fantastic - what a warm, deep, clear sound which cuts through brilliantly well; rim taps were also terrific. Other members of the band commented on it as well. One of our guitarists is a carpenter by trade and he was really impressed with the quality and workmanship as well as the sound quality.

13" x 6" Maple / Wenge / Iroko snare ***** |
I tried lots of different snares that Bristol Drums made but I fell in love with this one. Being a 13” it can go high and give a lovely punch, but the depth means that it has great tone. I’ve used it for a number of different gigs and it tunes really well. It’s been great chatting to Michael and being able to find the right snare for me. Highly recommended!

12" x 4" Oak snare ***** |
My Bristol Drum Co 12” Oak snare is such a tasty instrument. It delivers crisp, clear tones perfect for funk and pop and looks beautiful from every angle. It’s my go to for functions and is a great side snare if you’re looking for something with a little more versatility.

The snare drum has worked for me very well! On all songs I have recorded it has come out with a beautiful sound and live it's so comfy to play and has the bright sound that I enjoy!
Out of 5 I would say a 4, as it is hard to clip a mic on the snare where the rim dips in [s-hoops fitted] |
