14" x 5.5" Iroko segmented snare with a central band of pitch pine and padauk stripes.

This shell is made from iroko with a band of an exceptionally dense and attractive piece of aged pitch pine, with two bands of bright contrasting padauk. The shell is machined to a thickness of 8mm and finished with traditional french polish.
These timbers combine beautifully together to give a gorgeous tone with an incredibly versatile range across the whole tuning spectrum. The rigid construction technique and timbers used guarantee a bright resonant shell with a responsive funky sound.
