A 10" x 5" side snare, based on the wenge/purpleheart classic range. This snare cuts no corners in its manufacture or in its ability to deliver a full, powerful sound.
The shell is made from super hard, resonant wenge, complemented with 2 thinner bands of purpleheart above and below the central section. This is a very responsive drum, with the option to make use of the bright tones of the shell, or the more controlled but equally powerful central sweet spot.
It is finished with a traditional french polish, triple flange hoops and Dunnett GW845 beer-tap throw-off and butt.
